General
- Bookings for 2026 will open on the 1st of January 2026.
- Bookings are charged at a maximum of 2 children, additional children are free.
- Off-Season rates are Available between the 12th of October and the 31st of March and are as follows.
- Powered Site: $55 for 2 people.
- Unpowered Ocean View Site: $55 for 2 people.
- Other Unpowered Sites: $20 per person.
- Extra Adult: $20.
- Children: $5.
- Check out is 10 am and check in is 1 pm.
- We are happy to offer a late check out when available.
- Extra people camping outside huts will be charged the powered camping rate.
- Payments via credit card will incur a transaction fee.
- NO PERSONAL CAMPFIRES are permitted at Barn Hill.
Terms and Conditions
Bookings
- All bookings must pay a deposit of one nights stay at time of booking, and the full amount 14 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings not confirmed by a deposit.
- Maximum of one caravan or car per Unpowered Ocean View or Powered site.
- Long Term Stays of 4-weeks or more must pay in full at time of arrival.
- All booking alterations will incur a $10 fee.
- Payments via credit card will incur a transaction fee.
Cancellations
If you cancel your Booking, then the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations MUST be made in writing.
- If you cancel your Booking more than 72 hours before the Standard Time on your Arrival Date, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your Booking less than 72 hours before the Standard Arrival Time on your Arrival Date, you forfeit your Deposit, which is equal to the cost of the first night of your Booking.
- The forfeited Deposit cannot be transferred to another date, or placed in credit for future use without written consent from Barn Hill.
- Once you have checked in, if you make changes to your Booking, such as leave early, you will forfeit the full amount set out in your Booking. This is, you will not receive a refund for nights unused.
